  • CDL Drivers with “P” endorsements
  • Maintenance and Utility Staff
    • Full time, part time, and seasonal opportunities available!
    • These positions are typically scheduled Saturdays and late afternoon/evenings Monday-Friday.
  • Intake and Dispatch representatives who are detail-oriented, patient and personable, comfortable working on computers and able to handle an exceptionally fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Drivers with a Class C License – to transport passengers in Class C vehicles.

Transit and Facility Maintenance

Fleet Mechanic/Technician

· Diagnose trouble on diesel and gas engine vehicles

· Perform preventative maintenance on buses and transit vehicles

· Maintain service and repair records

· Respond to road calls and service

 

Custodian

WMTS is looking for a custodian to work a schedule that does not interfere with the work of other staff.  Duties may include:

  • Facility cleaning, maintenance and repair
  • Groundkeeping (year-round)

Utility

WMTS is looking for a utility worker to work an afternoon shift in the maintenance facility. Duties may include:

  • Vehicle cleaning
  • Assisting custodian
  • Assisting mechanics
  • Grounds work
  • Light Vehicle and Facility repairs

  • WMTS is looking for safe, friendly drivers to help passengers move around Sugarloaf Ski area and Carrabassett Valley.  Come join us!  We are all about our employees and passengers and proudly connect passengers to a better quality of life.

    WMTS Offers

  • Training assistance: We can help you get a CDL with a “P” endorsement 
  • Competitive Wages & Benefits: Earn up to $24,000 in less than six months (Full Time. 5 days / week, Thanksgiving through Mid-April)
  • Sign-on Bonuses – $1,000 for a driver with a CDL and a P endorsement ½ ($500) paid at 60 days and ½ ($500) paid at 600 hours) and $600 for a non CDL driver ½ ($300) paid at 60 days and ½ ($300) paid at 600 hours.
  • Staff Referral Bonuses – Same as Sign-on bonus
