How to Ride with WMTS

Schedule Your Ride

All WMTS services are open to the public. To reserve a ride:

Call: 1-800-393-9335, press 1
Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Note: Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Be Ready

Arrival: Be at your pickup location 5 minutes early.
Communicate: Inform the driver of your destination upon boarding.
Seating: Sit in the first available seat.

Fare Payment

Options: Pay with cash or use the Token Transit app for digital payments. See fares here.
Exact Change: If paying with cash, please have the exact fare.

Accessibility

All WMTS vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps, and can accommodate most wheelchairs and mobility devices. If you will need additional assistance while boarding or exiting a bus, please inform Passenger Relations when scheduling.
