WMTS will be accepting bids from the public on several buses listed below. Bids are due no later than Friday, May 22, 2026. Details on the available buses and bid process are below.

DETAILS:

· The vehicles are sold “as-is” with no implied warranty.

· All sales are final.

· Vehicle will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder.

· WMTS and MaineDOT reserve the right to refuse any all bids.

· The decisions of WMTS and MaineDOT are final and not subject to appeal.

· MaineDOT must approve the bid award.

BIDS

· Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Bus Bid”; one bus bid per envelope indicated by last six digits of the VIN# on the outside of the envelope.

· Bids must be received at WMTS, 76 Merrow Road, Auburn, ME 04210 Attention: Kenneth Rand, Maintenance and Facility Director no later than noon Friday May 22, 2026.

· Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

· WMTS reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.

· Arrangements to have chosen bid equipment removed from WMTS property within fourteen days of bid award or bid will be forfeited.
